General

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer phone support.

Please use our contact form and we will reply within 1-2 business days.

Easyroo, its warehouse and team are based in Homebush West, NSW in Sydney Australia.

We endeavour to offer the lowest price online with shipping and run a 10% price match guarantee. 

Please contact us and attach a screenshot/photo of the identical product with the lower quoted price* with shipping included and we will price match with a 10% discount.

Unsure if a product can qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, please refer to the guidelines below:

  • The product must be identical in brand, colour, size and model to our product
  • The product must be available for sale in Australia, by retailer operating in Australia either in a store or online
  • The product must be immediately available to be purchased and delivered within 7 days
  • The price must be the final price in Australian dollars. The final price is inclusive of any delivery charges, service or handling fees, taxes and any other charges associated with the delivery of the product
  • The product price must not be part of a closing down sale, liquidation sale, wholesale offer or commercial quantities

Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders within Australia. No minimum spend required.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible for in stock items, usually the same or next business day. We use Australia Post to ensure your orders are delivered on time.

In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item you will be contacted to choose to wait for the item to come into stock or to receive a refund of payment.

Please note: orders are only dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday and does not include public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, we will update your order shipping details and you will receive a text or email with your tracking number. 

For certain low value orders which are shipped via Australia Post Standard Mail, no tracking number is available.

Alternatively, there is a Track Your Order link in the quick links footer section for your convenience.

We understand sometimes you may enter the wrong details in the address fields during the checkout process.

To change the address or redirect your order after your order has already been shipped, please follow the instructions below:

Only available for Australia Post with a Tracking Number

There are 2 ways to redirect your parcel:

  • Follow the 'redirect parcels' link in any of Australia Post tracking update emails
  • Use an Australia Post 'My Post Account' with the email address matching the one provided during checkout and request a redirection within Australia Post interface

Tracking will generally update within 24 hours.

We currently only deliver within Australia.

Currently local pickup is unavailable.

Yes, express shipping is available at an extra cost calculated at checkout.

For most items, express shipping starts at $10.

Returns & Refunds

You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Products must be unused, in their original condition and sent back to Easyroo at the expense of the customer. Please include a copy of your receipt and contact us for a returns address. 

We're not able to offer an exhange on returned items. If you need a different size or colour or you want a different item, just place a new order. That way it will get to quicker too.

We will refund the price you paid for your item back to the original payment account used. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please make sure your return is packed properly and unable to get damaged during transit.

A full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned item/s in original condition.

Please retain any tracking number/s and shipping carrier name to confirm proof of delivery and submit these details to our support team.

If your refund has been processed for your order you will receive an email notification and the funds should be available immediately if PayPal was used for the original payment method.

If a card was used for payment it may take a few business days to clear with your bank or show as pending balance/transactions.

If it hasn't processed within 3-5 business days, please contact PayPal customer support or your bank directly.

Sadly, sometimes orders can be subject to damage in transit or have slight changes in manufacturing batches.

Please contact us as soon as possble after taking clear photos and/or videos (when applicable) of the items and packaging to ensure we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Payments

Please contact us as soon as possible to make a change to your order once payment has been confirmed. In most cases your order will be cancelled and you can make a new order with the correct details.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify your order once your order has been shipped as it is not possible track down a specific order once it has been dispatched or assigned a shipment batch.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and you can also pay through PayPal, Shopify Pay & Apple Pay.

Absolutely!

We are a safe and secure website where you can make purchases without anyone knowing your personal information. Your card information is fed into SecurePay servers and your information is coded. This system is safer than using your card at a store.

Products

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not currently provide us with samples for any products.

However all items sold in our store are covered by our risk-free 30 day free returns.

Generally our products require 3-4 weeks to be restocked if its out of stock.

You can also subscirbe to the product page to automatically be notified via email when new stock is added.
